I’m now on my third coil for my retrostar 250 and have not yet covered 3000kms. Has any other sinnis owner experienced this? My breakdown cover allows for 4 per year. Only 2 left now! As only have a parts warranty I’m having to do the repairs myself. It’s a bit disappointing considering it’s a new bike.
Follow up from my last note. The coil breakdown happened on the 12th December. It’s now 13th January and we are still waiting for the part to arrive. I know there has been Christmas and the new year but I still feel very disappointed with the lack of urgency from Brighton. Is there a problem with getting the part? Surely the decent thing to do would provide some information? Luckily for me the bike is not my main transport. If it was this would be so very upsetting. Mick Woodcock
